Result: Cowboys win 34-21

Well, that was a nice win out there guys, i really liked how you stepped up in the second half and made some plays out there. Of course i’m talking to you, Romo. You did good. In the first half of the game you were throwing off target and you were being too conservative. Atleast you knew what you had to do and that was to lead this offense and make some plays, even if it takes a risk or two.

And the receivers, Roy Williams welcome to the Dallas Cowboys! you looked good out there and nice TD catch. Looks like we’ll be seeing a lot of you and Romo connecting out there this season. Miles Austin, good show, i see a very bright future for you if you stay healthy and this can be a big season for you, just keep working.

Running backs, i would like to see a lot more out of you guys. 110 Rushing yards? Thats it? Come one guys, you are three very talented backs and you should be putting up bigger numbers than that. Get to work! But i liked what you did in the game, showed me that this could be a very explosive offense and add that to the rest of the guys out there on offense and we might surprise a lot of people this season.

But…..
The Defense, what are you guys doing out there? Not one sack!? Against Leftwich!? Find a way to get it done, or your asses are going to get kicked all season long, Defense wins championships, that offense won’t be able to do it all by themselves, i don’t care who we got out there on that field. I expect more out of you Ware, were you even playing!? Get it together guys, you are better than that. Do you really want the Giants to come into our home, our brand new home and destroy us out there and embarass us out there in our home opener in the new stadium!!? I don’t think so!
HIT THE PRACTICE FIELD!!

Special teams, i like our new Rookie kicker, just what we needed for kickoffs. Good job out there, keep it up. And i really liked sensabaugh’s block on the field goal attempt early in the game. You see guys, thats exactly the kind of stuff we needed. You got a little dinged up in the game but hopefully you’ll be alright and keep this type of play coming.

And what i really liked best is that this team came out the second half and took care of business out there on the road. That’s what i like to see, not a team that does alright in the first half and slacks off in the second. Come out blasting full speed and running the opposing team over with full force. That’s exactly the type of play we need.
Now it’s only up to the defense to get their shit straight and get ready for the Giants next week!

But don’t think you guys on offense aren’t going to work! You guys have a lot of work to do aswell, this whole team does!
