Having been a Browns fan for as long as I can remember, Its rarely been easy. Its rarely been rewarding. Its rarely been fun.

The Browns, fresh off the Savage/Crennell firings, jumped on hiring Eric Mangini. No other NFL team wanted to even interview him. But the Browns swooped in, and in classic Browns fashion, nabbed their man.

Mangini wanted all the power, so they went out and hired a puppet to play the role of GM. Enter George Kokinis. Naturaly they are together called MANKOK..yeah, what ever…

So the Mangenius makes his first moves. He trades the Browns #5 pick to the Jets (Sanchez) for half of the Jets 2nd string, and anoints them the new leaders of the Cleveland Browns football club. Mangina then continues to trade down, gathering picks. He finally selects Stuf Center Alex Mack, well because rumor has it, The Steelers are going to draft him. Then in the second round he pick up the same reciever with two different picks. Robiskie and Massaquoi are the same big possesion receiver. One difference is Massaquoi actually is active for the regular season games, and Robiske, the “Most polished NFL ready Wr in the Draft” is watching the game from a TV monitor in the back of the team plane, on Sundays.

There was the Trade of Kellen Winslow Jr to Tampa Bay. Winslow was a locker room nightmare. And theres think kid that has great receiving skills behimd him, Martin Rucker. Steve Heiden is on the team as a good catch/decent block tight end and the Browns would also sign Robert Royal.
This past week, the Browns cut Rucker, who never really hit the field. Injuries in his rookie season, and the evil eye from Eric the greedy, were more than he could take.

Te keys to the offense were handed to newly promoted QBs coach Brian Diebol. (Another NT Jet reject and Mangini follower) Diebol talked of using lots of motion, crisp routes, and play action in with the Power Running game behing Jameel White…I mean Jamal Lewis.

At this point you can see where all of this is headed, and right now, I’m having vision problems, I just cant see myself writing anymore about this team.

As of Today, Sept 24, 2009, Jimmie is taking applications for a new NFL Team.

Good Ownership, Values, Football knowledge, and actually giving a damn are all things I am looking for. Fan base is very important. (Pissburgh need not apply, as 72.98% of the fans are complete &^#$$. NOT you MSRoble,TJ, BNG or Nova! you guys are great fans!)
