Get out of my crease

If there was only one thing I wish the league would crack down on; I’d wish for it to be all the goaltender interference. I see guys “accidentally” crash into the goaltenders all the time (Ranger fans can agree with me here) with little to no repercussion to the player.
Goaltenders are not standing up-right, their knees are bent with legs slightly out to the side, and someone is going to get seriously injured in one of the run-ins.
What I’m suggesting is a strict no tolerance penalty on a player who crashes into the goaltender without being physically pushed into that goaltender.
I think an automatic 5-min penalty should be handed out for a first time offense on a player, and a game misconduct for a second time.
The one exception being if a forward (presumably screening the goaltender) is physically pushed into the goaltender by the defender.
What do you think?
Would this be too harsh, to tough enough, or about right?
