Been thinking of what the Cowboys need to get over that hump… trust me when I say “hump”, it’s about playing at a championship caliber, not just meaningless playoff games…

Everything I come up with, comes back to one thing they need the most…

The Cowboys need is quality coaching. That, in its self, would improve the team drasticly… especiality on the offensive side of the ball. Schemes, fundimentals, etc is a very serious problem with the ‘Boys. They been riding the shirt tails of the talent that was in place & obviously losing when it’s not enough to overcome quality coaching…

I’m not taking away what Miles Austin did, but it took a fucking INJURY to get him a chance! That guy has been on our roster for 4 freakin’ seasons!!! I understand the progress of developing players, but that guy should have been starting LAST year or at least on the field more! Do we have to wait till another injury so we can see if Hurd can play??!! Obviously, since it doesn’t matter how actually good you are, it’s about how much money you make, when it comes to starters…

We could use a serious upgrade at LT. Flo is almost past his usefulness & it shows… LG could be upgraded. Kosier is like the midget playing with Giants… The Cowboys o-line can’t be maulers until all can handle there own…

We could use a ballhawking FS. We haven’t had one since Blow Jobs were on the national agenda…

We should upgrade our weakest DE, which has been the weakest since he arrived, in Spears… Moving Ratliff to DE & finding a typical NT could be an option there as well…

Which brings me back to WR… unless there is a Harvin sitting there for the taking, we need another playmaker out on the corner opposite of Austin… I don’t think it will come by draft, as more then likely, he is already on this team (Yet to get his chance to play) or he will come thru FA…

But none of these needs have held us back more, that stopped the Cowboys in their tracks in the playoffs, than quality coaching…

Which brings me back to coaching… The Dallas Cowboy coaching staff, mostly the HC & the offensive coaches, should have given appoligies to every player in that lockroom for their pathetic attempt in scheming against the Vikings…

As I sat there & watched the Super Bowl last Sunday… I saw inferior talent on the Saints offense & defense, succeed over superior talent because of quality coaching…

Then i asked myself…

Who would I trade on the Saints defense for what the Cowboys have….

Then I did the same with the offense….

Unless your talking WRs after Miles Austin, I wouldn’t trade any Dallas starter for any Saint starter on offense… Very few on defense, if any…

Then why were the Cowboys sitting at home Sunday? It’s because the Dallas coaching staff FAILED the Cowboy players…

Well, these coaches better get their shit together by next season, as there opportunity is at its end… Jerry wants the ‘Boys to win the Super Bowl, in our house… anything short of that will be their doom.

As it fuckin’ should be! But it should have fuckin’ happened sooner!!!
