MJ Wants to Buy the Charlotte Bobcats

According to Charlotte Bobcats head coach Larry Brown, NBA legend Michael Jordan is pushing hard to buy the franchise from Bob Johnson.

On Saturday, David Stern said that he expects a deal to be completed within two months.

Jordan, who’s a part-owner of the franchise along with Johnson, hasn’t been able to arrange an ownership group to meet Johnson’s price yet.

Ever since the Bobcats’ inception in 2004, they have gone up. The uptick under Larry Brown has been accredited to their stifling defense. It surely looks like the club is practically one superstar away from being a legit contender in the East.
