I did this last year and it was rather popular at SS, so I figured I’d do it again. I’m gonna do it like I did it last year, and give all the teams a grade, and if anyone wants an explanation for a specific one, I’ll post it.

I factor in the teams need of the player/position, the player’s skill, and how he’s viewed to transition in to the NFL, and where he’s ranked on my list at that position.
