What is it that separates a child from an adult? In the words of lawmakers, an adult has the mental capacity to make responsible decisions, and are better prepared to face the consequence of their actions. An 18-year old is responsible enough to cast a vote and elect the leader of the most powerful nation in the world. They are also responsible enough to enlist in the service
NASCAR drivers have their moments of sensitivity.
Jamie McMurray cried in victory lane after winning the Daytona 500 earlier this year. Denny Hamlin chocked up after winning for his Grandmother who had passed away before the Pocono race last year. And there were smiles [...]
Hello everybody….this article is literally my first non-slide show since…my fourth article or so. It has been so long!

So…I was wrong…for the first and only time this decade. And if you believe that last part, I have a team in Orlando that’s about to win a ring to sell you.
I was wrong….dead wrong…about the Boston Celtics. During the regular season, they played like the old men that they are. So, naturally, I (a Lakers fan,[...]
Pitching, among others things, has been one of the main story lines driving the MLB this 2010 season. Augustus, who took the fight on 4 days notice and appeared on ESPN’s “Friday Night Fights” series numerous times over the years, was no match [...]
Apparently, a manager in the Major Leagues is no longer a person to be respected. At least not in the minds of Hanley Ramirez and David Ortiz. Recently, these two players have talked out against their managers, Fredi Gonzalez and Terry Francona, respectively. This is something, that in major league baseball, simply shouldn’t be tolerated.
Ortiz told reporters on Thursday that he wasn’t exactly happy with Francona due to being pinch-hit for twice this season. “I was mad.
USC is still waiting to hear the NCAA verdict. Among the many punishing possibilities is that the program may have victories vacated and be stripped of the 2004 BCS National Championship.
USC won that Championship game by defeating Oklahoma 55-19 in the Orange Bowl. If the victories are vacated, we must pretend that game was never [...]
