With one victory over Pete Carroll’s Trojans, the faceless quarterback was catapulted into America’s living rooms. And as we sit just two days away from the rematch, Locker finds himself in a similar situation. [...]

Well, this is it. Bobby Cox’s final regular season series, ever. It’s pretty hard to believe that after 17 years of watching Braves baseball this is actually it for #6. Basically, I just want to say thanks to Bobby for all he’s done the Braves in the time that I’ve watched them. Thanks for drafting Chipper Jones. Thanks for winning us that World Series in 1995. Thanks for spoiling me every year until 2006 when we finally weren’t good anymore. Thanks for the almost full season’s[...]

The role of Kareem Huggins is unknown…

While I still greatly[...]

Going into Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas on Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys were staring down the barrel of a 0-3 start for the first time since 2001. The 2-0 Houston Texans were expected to embarrass their neighbor to the north by a double-digit margin. However, this time it was the Cowboys handing out the humble pie.
Linebacker Demarcus Ware set the tone…
It’s become expected around Philadelphia over the past couple of seasons that the Phillies will win the NL East. Anything else is just not acceptable — to the team or the fans. But for Roy Halladay, it’s a brand new experience.
The pitcher that most consider the best in baseball will get his first opportunity to pitch in the postseason after pitching a two-hit shutout against the[...]
