You follow so many sports with equal ease… do you have a preference?
Although I DO love about every sport, I’d have to say my favorite is football. I’ve been a die-hard Rams fan ever since I saw Marshall Faulk, Kurt Warner, Issac Bruce and Torry Holt play during the Greatest Show on Turf era. Even though times have been tough lately, I would still call football my favorite sport.
Favorite all time NBA player?
Stephen Curry. He’s only been in the NBA one year, but I loved him in college and was soooo excited when the Warriors drafted him. He simply loves to play and never complains to refs, hogs the ball (except when he needs to), or asks for attention (the top 3 things I HATE in most players). I can’t wait to watch him the rest of his career.
Have you been to any Warriors games?
I have been to four. In fact, I remember them all. The first game I went to was a overtime loss to Vincanity and the Raptors, my second being a win against the Timberwolves the day after Christmas where Monta dropped a (former) career high 35, the next a win over the Suns for my birthday (that was televised on ESPN!), and the final one I went to was a loss to the Wizards this year where Gilbert went off for 40 while Steph posted a (former) career high with 27 points.
How long have you been following the draft?
I have always watched the drafts, usually knowing the top players, but it wasn’t until about four years ago where I actually made mock drafts and knew players into later rounds. Now in NBA drafts I usually know every player drafted and in NFL drafts I can usually recognize most players into the 5th round or so. Past that mark, all I know are the offensive position players haha.
What was the biggest surprise in this past draft for you?
I was surprised with the Jags taking Tyson Alualu 10th overall. Being a Cal fan I thought Alualu could be a high 2nd round pick, but I think the Jags could have traded way down if they wanted him that bad. Bit of a reach in my opinion.
Do you remember the first thing you ever wrote?
Unofficially, no, but when I started to write online for bleacher report I think the first thing I wrote was about last year’s Sugar Bowl (Tebow’s last game). It didn’t do very well because there were about a million other articles on the same thing, but I learned a good lesson there haha.

What do you THINK think your three best qualities are?
Hmm I would say my work ethic, brains, and sense of humor.
What are your three worst?
I can be stubborn sometimes, I can become distracted fairly easily, and I am usually too paranoid about details.
What would your dream job be?
A sports journalist writing for Yahoo! Sports.

WHat do you look for in a friend?
A good sense of humor, trustworthiness, and has to be able to put up with my sports obsession.
