New Jersey Nets back off Melo deal
Yahoo is reporting that the Nets are backing off pursuit of a deal for Carmelo Anthony, league source says. “At least for now,” according to Adrian Wojnarowski
With the Nets officially holding back from making a deal, its becoming more evident that Anthony will remain with the Nuggets for the start of the 2010 season.
Once the season begins the Nuggets could become more inclined in dealing Anthony to other teams offering better assets.
