NFL, NFLPA exchange harsh words on Twitter

Remember when the NFL and the NFLPA decided to keep out of the media as they tried to work out a last minute CBA?
That’s long ago.
Today not much happened at all at the mediator’s office. The NFLPA waited for three hours for the league to arrive, which they didn’t.
Then things turned ugly.
NFL’s main labor negotiator Jeff Pash claimed the players “were not serious about a deal.” (Hypocrite much?)
NFLPA leader DeMaurice Smith was soo upset by the comments that he held an impromtu press conference with the media outside, but only after he made a quick U-turn back into DC while he was on his way to his Maryland home.
