As you know our Military forum is a pretty special place.  We were awarded the opportunity through reveryroadie, to ask SSGT Joe Secrist some questions.

He is currently forward deployed as a K-9 Dog Handler in Afganistan has agreed to an interview with the members here at SportsJabber. We can ask pretty much anything we want about his job and what it is like to be deployed into a war zone, but of course we will have to respect Operational Security(OPSEC). So if anyone has a questions for him….or his dog(she is really smart) post them here, and in a couple of weeks or so I will send them off to him to answer.

so if you want to know what it is like to be deployed RIGHT NOW…..this is the guy to ask.  He is well-known for his work with military dogs, and it’s a great opportunity.
