Brad Marchand and Ryan Kessler took the opening draw and shortly afterwards Johnny Boychuck smacked Masom Raymond into the boards and Raymond, had to be helped off the ice!  The game begins early with penalties to the two capatins Henrik Sedin of Vancouver for embellishment and Zdeno Chara of Boston for interference. Tim Thomas, the rock of the Bruins in goal began strong while Luongo was not tested early!
Brad Marchand, snapped into the net over the left shoulder of Luongo who waved but couldn’t catch up with the rocket from the off-side on the right  side. Milan Lucic popped a five hole goal thirty-five seconds later giving the Bruins a 2-0 lead!
Alexander Edlher, took an unnecessary boarding call on Rich Peverly at 12:05 of the first period. Andrew Ference, chases Luongo with a screen by Mark Recchi, and the lead 3-0! Corey Schneider, ex-BC star and USA Hockey Development team star takes his place! Tom Kaberle  with a deflection by Michael Ryder makes it 4-0 at 10:07 of the first period.
Tim Thomas is brilliant against Alex Burrows at 4:10 stopping a backhander and covering up! Again, with Yannick Hansen in on a breakaway, Thomas stones him cold.
The second period began with the Vancouver Canucks in a huge hole  at TD Bank Garden for game six!  The second period took on a look of near misses more than half way through.  Corey Schneider, showed the poise of a confident young man in goal.
No goals, no assists in the second period!
At 19:39, Henrik Sedin, popped in his first goal of the seriers with Brad Marchand off the ice for elbowing Eldher of Vancouver! On a pass from Henrik Sedin, Jannik Hansen hit the post and frightened 18,000 people at TD Bank but it was no goal!
David Krejci, from Mark Recchi, and Tomas Kaberle makes it 5-1 before a 5-3 powerplay  expires.   With 2:26 left to go, Maxime Lapierre makes it 5-2 Boston with a nice shot from above the hash marks. Game seven in Vancouver is Wednesday.
