Ronnie Brown: A Look at the Fantasy Football Value of the Philadelpha Eagles RB

For a few years now, Ronnie Brown has been a disappointment for fantasy football owners. He was obviously very skilled, but injuries and a Miami Dolphins offense that often had him splitting carries with others often undermined his value.

Now that he is with the Philadelphia Eagles, he might just flip that script. Little will likely be expected of him early on with LeSean McCoy as the main running back, but Brown could be a huge value pickup later in drafts.

He won’t get the majority of the carries in their offense. but he just might get the most important carries to fantasy owners. I’m talking about the goal line carries. With McCoy being a little smaller, at just 5’11″ and 200 pounds or so, the Eagles might be looking to limit the pounding he takes.

Brown is a much bigger running back at 6’0″ and 230 pounds, and as such, he makes for a much better battering ram option at the goal line.
