Whether or not the New York Knicks or the rest of the NBA will even play in the 2011-2012 NBA season is a question by itself. However, I still think it’s important to review the most important games which they will play if the NBA is able to come to an agreement to salvage the entire season.

While elite teams like the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat are obviously important match-ups for the New York Knicks, they will also have to be prepared for up-and-coming young teams such as the Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers to be gunning for them as well, especially now that they are considered by many to be in the upper echelon of the Eastern Conference.
