SJ Reg: How long have you been in the LFL and how did you get involved?

Cindi: We signed on this April of 2011 and I perused the League to get a team in Minnesota in March. They/Mitch Mortaza (LFL Founder & Commissioner) were thinking about next year, but we were able to work it out and make a team sooner than later.

SJ Reg: How do you & the players spend the off-season as well as your time away from playing/practicing/training for the LFL?

Cindi: As with many of the players, like myself, we are all involved in different sports. I cycle, run, and lift weights all year long. I am a Strength and Condition Coach, Group fitness instructor, and trainer.
