Man, the only thing better than seeing an awkward 7-foot German dude throw out the first pitch at Rangers game would be seeing him do it on National TV before a World Series game.
Right?
Well, too bad. The Rangers wanted Dirk Nowitzki to throw out the first pitch before one of their World Series home games, but anyone throwing the first pitch in a World Series game has to be approved by the league office first. And it sounds like the league office said no.
