Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Redskins Preview: Defense
As the Dallas Cowboys prepare to play the Washington Redskins, it pains me to say that they are playing at FedEx Field. I had so much more respect for the Skins when they played at RFK (named for Robert F. Kennedy). I really hope that Jerry Jones never needs a few million dollars bad enough to sell the name of the stadium.
The two teams appear to be heading in opposite directions: the Cowboys are winners of 2 in a row and are coming off an outstanding performance against the Bills; the Redskins are losers of 5 in a row and failed to score a TD last week in their loss to the previously 1-7 Dolphins.
The Cowboys should win this game handily. The Redskins have scored just 20 points in their last 3 games. The Skins lost 23-0 to the Bills just two weeks before the Cowboys dominated them. The Redskins were not the most talented team in September, and they have gotten much worse due to injuries.
