The Baseball Index: Bobby Valentine To Manage Boston Red Sox?
According to ESPN’s Karl Ravich, sources are saying that Gene Lamont is no longer a candidate to manage the Boston Red Sox. Ravich also then went on to say that Bobby Valentine has not been offered the job yet, but it appears “imminent.”
I wish the Red Sox would just end this already and pick a guy. This has been way too long of a process.
