The Memphis Grizzlies were once considered a Western Conference contender, but are fading fast in the conference title race. It’s natural for a team to go through an adjustment period when it trades it’s top player and that’s exactly what’s going on in Memphis
right now. The Grizzlies can get back on track if their front office will leave well enough alone, but that probably won’t happen. The latest NBA rumors suggest Memphis is also shopping its current scoring leader, Zach Randolph, which is a horrible idea if true.
