Speed is something most folks have just grown accustomed to at the NFL Combine over the years, but it’s already been taken to a new level in 2013, meaning the 2013 NFL Draft should bring a new wave of speedsters into the league that will undoubtedly continue to transition to fast-paced offenses. Even so, former Texas Longhorns receiver and 2012 Olympic long jumper Marquise Goodwin is taking things to a whole new level. Goodwin clocked an unofficial 4.17 in the 40-yard dash, which is the fastest time in Combine history.
