It didn’t even take the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24 hours to land their top free agent target for the second year in a row. On the second day of the 2013 NFL free agency period, the Buccaneers and former San Francisco 49ers safety Dashon Goldson agreed to a five-year deal that will vastly improve Tampa Bay’s secondary yet again.
