It’s that time of year again. The combine is over and pro days are underway. The rise and fall of players is certain at this period and draft boards are changing, but what about the small names. Here are a few small school players to watch for come draft day that may open your eyes.

Although he’s not quite the prospect that Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was, this former Missouri Tiger is not one to be looked over. He’s got great size for his position and an instinct for the ball. He’s got good speed and he’s physical. He’s got the confidence and skills to back it up.

Coming from a small school that nobody knows has many disadvantages. However, when given the opportunity, big players step up. Enter Dominique Edison. A good sized receiver with good intangibles. He is a project of sorts, but could very well be a solid investment.
