Milla’s NASCAR All Star Race Experience
Well it has been a day since the race and I’m relaxing in my hotel room right now so I figured I’d post on my experience at the track from yesterday. It was first NASCAR race in person since I went to the Nationwide Series race at Daytona in July of 2007. Also my first race at a track other than Daytona. We left our hotel at almost noon and got to the track in about 25-30 minutes. On the way over there was a BIG traffic stoppage for a serious wreck…
My take on the Dwight Howard situation

As a hardcore Orlando Magic fan, it’s not easy to listen to all these rumors about your star and franchise player going to other places. However, I’m not letting it bother me because most of what we keep hearing from the media just makes no sense.
Earlier today on SportsCenter, Ric Bucher…

Milla’s Season Review: 2010 Buccaneers
When Raheem Morris said his team’s goal for 2010 would be a “race to ten”, most people laughed. Who could blame them? Coming off a disaster 3-13 season with one of the league’s youngest teams, the thought of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers winning ten games was just absurd. But after Sunday’s 23-13 win over the Saints in New Orleans, the Bucs beat the odds and matched Morris’ expectations of a ten win season…
Milla’s Buc Report: Blount gets a bigger role, free agent safety search, and more
-Head coach Raheem Morris announced that rookie runningback LeGarrette Blount has earned the short yardage and goal line duties from now on during his weekly radio show on WDAE-AM 620. Milla’s Buc Report: Morris has Bucs defense back on track
For years the core of Buccaneers winning football has been with dominant defense. Players like Derrick Brooks, Warren Sapp, John Lynch, Ronde Barber, and Simeon Rice have wreaked havoc on opposing offenses and brought a once pitiful franchise a Lombardi trophy. Those days are long gone, defensive guru Monte Kiffin has been gone for two [...]
