Chokers and Smokers-Troy Williamson – WR
It’s has been par for Williamson not to show up at all, ever, so needless to say that I was surprised how polished he look against a some what competitive first string defense of Miami. David Garrard looked his way once each possession he played in. Overall Williamson brought in 4 balls for 74 yards [...]
Chokers and Smokers: Chris Henry – WR
In my The Ugly Truth For The Upcoming Season article I stated that “Laveranues Coles will prove this season that he is a better wide receiver than T.J Houshmandzadeh.” I felt this to be a pretty safe bet at the time, since Housh was the receiver that he was, only because he had Ochocinco on [...]
OB’s Preseason Chokers and Smokers
Chad Pennington didn’t look to bad out ther but he didn’t look very spectacular either, his too back ups on the other hand looked pretty hungry to play. Miami has a pretty rough schedule this season and if they get of to a rough start, look for them to give Chad Henne, there eventual franchise [...]
Check in daily for OB’s “Chokers and Smokers”.
Too many to list, but check out Oblong Biscuit’s DAILY Preseason “Smokers and Chokers…. Today one of many is Joseph Addai ..”Yeah, it’s not looking so good for our man Joe, only 2 rushes for 13 yards. It won’t look good for you either if you draft him ahead of Donald Brown who went 5 [...]

Dynasty QB Rankings
Chris Wesseling of Rotoworld.com ranked 50 NFL Quarterbacks for Dynasty type Fantasy Football leagues.
Tier One
1. Peyton Manning, IND | Age: 33.5 | Value Score: 99
2. Drew Brees, NO | Age: 30.6 | Value Score: 99

Tier Two
4. Matt Ryan, ATL | Age: 24.3 | Value Score: 90
5. Aaron Rodgers, GB | Age: 25.8 | Value Score: 88
This wouldn’t be how I would rank them necessarily. Drew Brees would be ranked first on my list.
Kings of Day Two –Aaron Kelly, WR, Clemson
Heading in to the 2008 NCAA football season the Clemson Tigers were ranked 10th in the nation. The College Football Preview magazine I have in my bathroom still predicted them going to the national championship against Georgia (neither made it). Within a month or two from their season opening 34 to 10 loss against Alabama, they were no longer ranked and their Head Coach, Tommy Bowden, resigned. So what happened?
