We’ve heard a lot about concussions over the past year, but it’s not often that you hear from the wives of the players suffering from them. That’s what makes this video, in which Chris Pronger’s wife Lauren opens up about her husband’s slow recovery, so compelling.
Heartbreaking, too. While the Philadelphia Flyers no [...]

Pass or Fail: Is Forest Face the creepiest thing the NHL has ever tried to sell us?
Shop NHL has featured its share of oddities for the hockey buying public. The $325 bedazzled purse. The “no, seriously, this isn’t a bong” drinking tubes. That Rastafarian puckhead thing for the Winter Classic.

No, they’re not part of a hockey-centric knock-off of Mr. Potato [...]

Mr. Conroy suggests that Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli may want to add the Hurricanes [...]

Kings’ Penner responds to pancake-gate in open letter, sponsors ‘Pancakes With Penner’ breakfast
Poor Dustin Penner’s been getting it from all sides since he threw out his back while bending over to help himself to a stack of delicious pancakes, and it’s easy to see why. The Los Angeles Kings’ winger hasn’t exactly been lights out since the Kings acquired him last year, and his fitness [...]
