I'm good, man. Going crazy with caffeine and overplaying NBA 2K12 online (yes sir, I am the 'Gerard Smutler' guy that added you). How about you?! I'm still miffed over the Steve Austin debacle, but I've learned to cope!
I will check it out for sure. I've been trying to change how I eat, but I'm trying to go back to the things that people have been living on for forever. Eggs, and stuff like that. But, I'm a candy guy, I love sugar but I am going on two months now with no type of dessert or candy or soda pop, and I don't really miss it.
Also, adding to the thread, y'know what's great? Coconut oil. One serving of Nutiva's is like 14 grams of fat. 13 are saturated. Yet most people will blow a gasket thinking about it! Yet it's touted as an amazing, healthy, nutritional oil, which I agree with! It's excellent. Just wanted to throw that out there, considering we think the same way about the BS that's out there on meat or saturated fats in general.
