It should be fine in your garage if it's dry. If there is high humidity, then I'd be worried...but if there is alot of humidity, a bag and board will protect it.

I don't generally bag any comics that I keep for my own collection unless they are from the 40's, 50's, or 60's. I do bag all of the comics that I sell, but that's mostly because many collectors want them that way.

As long as it's dry, you should be fine.

Are you talking about Ezekial? Neither he nor his tiger have appeared in The Walking Dead yet.

    I ordered 50 copies

Is there any chance his first appearance happens in earlier comics, or is it 108 since he's on the cover? Actually, you probably won't know the answer to that..

I order ten to 20 copies of each regardless of which number it is, and they print what is ordered and add 10% to that for damages.

I did not. You'd be surprised at how much some of the goofiest shit sells for. I had a customer looking for old kool-aid packages from the 70's and when she finally found some, she paid $15 each for them.

Nah there really hasn't. There was a stream of albums released at the end of the year but so far there hasn't been anything good lately

I work one day a week at a local comic shop so that I can get a discount, and I buy alot. I rarely buy anything online, unless it's something like that MH SW variant.

I also goto alot of shows and buy stuff closer to wholesale. Once you make connections with other dealers, we tend to take care of each other.

The movie will have little impact on these comics. Hulk #181 is probably the only book that see significant increase because of movies, or the comics that the storyline is used for the movies...in the case of Wolverine the mini series that takes place in Japan by Frank Miller.

Do you have a comic shop that you normally go to out there? Is it Golden Apple or something different? I'll try to keep you updated to stuff that I think is hot and might be good to order. This past week, I had ordered 50 copies of Superior Spider-man #1 and 10 copies of Star Wars #1. Superior is closing around $5.99 each, but Star Wars is closing around $15...Neither is a poor investment, but who knew that Star Wars would blow up?

I think the main key is turnaround. Figuring out when it peaks. Also, I have friends that sell comics online and they try to get the most out of each book. Me, I'd rather sell ten at $15 each in a week's time than have the same ten for a year and sell one for $25. Turn and burn. Short term investments and let someone else hold them for a year.

The first auction listed is from Mile High themselves. They might be sold out on their website, but they are selling them on Ebay for $15. Like they need the money, but good for them.

I think $35 is a fair price, but they haven't even shipped out yet. Wednesday is the first day MH can ship them out to their customers. I'm thinking that it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that they reach $50.

If you can't at least double your money, there is no point in selling.

Maybe they are sold out now. there are only 2000 of them made. I ordered some, but not for resale. I'm getting them signed by Campbell, he's one of my biggest sellers.

The prices are high because people are uninformed. They don't know where to look for those items and some don't even know they exist until they show up on places like Ebay.

That's one of the things that makes my business successful, people are lazy and/or ignorant.

I say sell them because once the price peaks, they will drop fast. Three weeks ago, I was selling a set of five different Amazing Spider-man #700 variants for $135. Now the same sets are closing under $60.

    Timing is everything.

Sell them up. Mile High still has them available directly through them for $8 each including shipping.
