If the Celtics are wise, they try to end this series early and get some much needed rest.

It won't be easy though, as Pierce said, the Sixers blew them out twice at Philly.

I think the thing that scares me most about the Sixers is that they can balance physicality with athleticism whereas the Hawks are a bit one-sided towards the latter.

I'm still trying to figure that out myself. I guess they lived or died on Rose and Noah.

Sixers will dare sharp-shooting Garnett to beat them

08:07 AM ET 05.14 | The Sixers picked their poison in Game 1, and it stung. Do they let veteran Kevin Garnett shoot the ball from the perimeter, or do they run out at him and force him to pass the ball to Ray Allen or Paul Pierce and let them shoot it? ... Garnett scored 29 points on 12-for-20 shooting. He also went 5 for 5 from the line and had 11 rebounds with three blocks. ... The Sixers' defensive philosophy is simple: they will give up shots in the "yard," the area between the paint and the three-point line more readily. At the end of the day, Collins reasons, teams get beat in the paint and on three-pointers. The odds are in their favor that they won't get beat on long two-pointers.
