Answer: YES! How many men can say that they own two Super Bowl rings out of the 46 that would be played at seasons end? New York will love Eli Manning for all he has done so far in his career and that alone will get him into the Hall of Fame, isn't Joe Namath in with just one ring?

What if the giants lose the Super Bowl? Will that finally put Eli in the same category with other SB winning QBs like Trent Dilfer?

Saying "I hate Eli" are very strong words, and simply untrue. It's true I'm not an Eli fan but I'm not a Tom Brady fan either but you aren't concerned about that? Why do you insist I be an Eli fan? Does it offend you that my opinion differs from yours? Is that so terrible?

The talk of Eli since last week has been ridiculous. I do think he's a great quarterback and I do think he is elite and in the top 5 in the league, but even if he does win I don't think he's a Hall of Famer yet and I don't really think he's better than Peyton either.

Eli has been a fantastic QB this year. Notice those last two words. Unless he continues to play at this level for basically the remainder of his career and adds a MVP award I don't see him getting into the hall.

Giants

It is much easier to get into Canton then it is to get into Cooperstown.

I have never insisted you be an "Eli fan". However you should give him the respect he is due. I do not like Tom Brady, but i respect him and the fact that he is one of the best QB's ever to play the game. I never liked Roger Staubach, because he almost always beat the giants, but i respected him for being a great player. that is what i was getting at, sorry if it wasn't clearly stated.

LOL, screw Eli and screw the giants. While I'm at it... screw the iggles and redskums. When Eli earns my respect, he'll get it. It's just laughable that you compare him to Brady and Staubach.
