Ah, tomorrow… it’s all very so ironic, isn’t it? My last post was about the Tom Petty song “Runnin’ Down a Dream” and about how it reminds me of Super Bowl XLII. Here we are, about three months after that post was written, and the grand rematch of 2008 will be going down tomorrow evening.

Here are my observations of the Giants in their loss on Sunday.

QB - Eli had a “typical” Eli Manning game. Some good, some bad. He had a nice long completion to Hakeem Nicks, A lot of his throws were high and he still gets “happy feet” when he gets rushed. His INT was a tipped ball, due to the O-line getting pushed around. it is time for him to step up and take control of the Offense. Grade - B [...]

Football is like baseball, I can watch almost any game and enjoy it. Watching someone beyond the Celtics or Bruins is semi-sacriligious in their sport! Using the last three years statistics, and other weighted factors, it appears they are not the top of the class any more, but are still top ten. Mike Vick deserves honorable mention, but he has only recently played the last two years and I felt while he is a top ten quarterback, it is not fair to include him and handicap him…

With the NFL season approaching faster than we think, it’s time to start looking around and in this case, ranking the NFL’s 32 starting quarterbacks.
