The Green Bay Packers saw their storybook season come to an embarrassing halt yesterday (Sunday, January 15) in a 37-20 NFC divisional playoffs loss against the New York Giants. Like the Philadelphia Phillies before them, who had the best record in baseball until they fell apart in the MLB division series, the [...]
The Green Bay Packers came into their NFC Divisional Round game at Lambeau Field with the NFL’s best record and the league’s hottest quarterback. And the New York Giants left the game with a 37-20 win that seemed more like a dominant team asserting itself than an upset.
The Giants never trailed, building 10-3, 20-10, [...]
Green Bay Packers Linebacker Clay Matthews is the very definition of tough guy. The embodiment of brute force and strength. Which what makes this picture, cut at the last minute from the latest issue of NFL Magazine, after the jump all the more ridiculous. It’s just wrong on so many levels. [...]
It’s been a good year for Aaron Rodgers. Not only did he win a Super Bowl last February with the Green Bay Packers, he also started off this season winning 13 straight and putting up numbers similar to some of the greatest seasons of all time.
And for that, Rodgers was named the Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year. He finished with 112 of the 212 votes [...]

The Packers, as usual, are at the top of the list and Baltimore surges ahead a few spots after beating Cincinnati and moving their division record to 3-0. Teams ranked from No. 3 to No. 9 are all pretty close [...]
Johnny Jolly was part of the Green Bay Packers 2006 NFL draft class but five and a half years later he’s on his way to prison. The AP reports Jolly has been sentenced to six years in prison for violating his probation on a drug charge. Jolly is currently on an indefinite suspension from the NFL.
He [...]
Everyone knew Aaron Rodgers and the offense would have a big game, but it was the Green Bay Packers’ defense and special teams who stole the show this Monday Night.
Coming into the game, the undefeated Packers (9-0) were allowing 22.4 points per game, but Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings (2-7) came nowhere close to that in a 45-7 loss at Lambeau Field. [...]
