State of the Browns: Some concerns going in to Jacksonville

State of the Browns: Some concerns going in to Jacksonville

First off: Josh Cribbs is probably out this weekend. He dislocated four toes (that’s right, FOUR) on his right foot, and Cleveland has already signed a return man to fill that role.

It’s not like Cleveland has a plethora of eligible WR’s. Cribbs says that he intends to play against the Jags this weekend, but “Come On, Man!”

Milla's Buc Report: Week 1

Milla’s Buc Report: Week 1

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are 1-0. It’s not too often you can say that, the last time the Bucs won a season opener was in 2005 when they defeated the Vikings in Minnesota, 24-13 in Cadillac Williams’ first career NFL game. Here’s a suprising stat, Sunday’s 17-14 win over the Cleveland Browns was the first time the Buccaneers have EVER won a season opener at Raymond James Stadium

Friday Feedback: Could Have Been and Been There Edition

Try as you may, but there is no running from the idea that the Browns past and potential future will be on display come this Sunday’s AFC title game. For the 5-11 Browns, the closest type of simulation they will have in terms of playing late January football comes in the form of the Jets. [...]

And speaking of broken (and lame transitions), the great folks at TheOBR.com, via Sports Radio Interviews.com have found the first full-length interview given by former Browns coach and alleged “good guy” Romeo Crennel.

As It Stands Again – Wide Receiver

The following is Part Three in a series profiling the most essential positions that will determine success for the Browns in 2009. So far, our focus has been on the defensive side of the ball, as Linebackers and Defensive Line ranked first and second in terms of importance. Today, Reboot shifts away from the backbone [...]
