After a miraculous turn around season in 2008, the Miami Dolphins took a small step back in 2009, finishing 7-9 and third in the AFC East. After the season, the team cut ties with the often talking OLB Joey Porter, the free agent bust Gibril Wilson and veteran Akin Ayodele.
In return, the Dolphins have signed ILB Karlos Dansby to be a leader on the defense and improve a position that was a question last year.
I don’t want to completely write off the Lions 2010 season already, but let’s not kid ourselves: You don’t bounce back from seven years of Matt Millen overnight. I hope I’m wrong, but there’s a good chance the Lions will be a sub-.500 team again in 2010, and thus, there’s also a good chance that their streak of savage beatings on Thanksgiving Day will continue.
Miles Austin had a breakout season for the Cowboys. The team’s new star wide receiver will spend the offseason improving his game.
What will it take for the Cowboys to take that next step in 2010?
Personnel-wise, they could use some competition at certain spots on the offensive line and perhaps in the secondary. Those positions are [...]
It is official, the Cleveland Browns have traded former franchise quarterback and Cleveland golden boy Brady Quinn to the Denver Broncos in what has to be one of the most lopsided trades in recent memory.

As of March 8th 2010, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was accused not once but twice for sexual assault within a year. (His first, [...]
There is no question that LaDainian Tomlinson is a Hall of Fame running back. There is also no debate that LT has lost a step in the past couple years.
After the emotional release of LT from the Chargers many wondered where would he fit in and what role would he assume?
The Browns have released quarterback Derek Anderson after acquiring Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Seneca Wallace in a trade. Mike Holmgrem says that it would have been a long-shot for both him and Brady Quinn to be on the roster.
“I want to thank Derek for everything that he gave to the Cleveland Browns organization over the last [...]
The NFL free agency started Friday 12:01 AM and so far the everything seems to be quiet for the Dallas Cowboys. They haven’t even made a pin drop of a sound of doing anything in free agency. Is that good or bad? I believe it is good, the Cowboys do not need another high priced [...]

It’s mock draft time, and boy, do we love studying mock drafts. Not because we believe them - unless of course their pick matches our own thoughts on who we should pick, then they are gospel! Otherwise, they’re mainly fun because they focus attention on players or positions that we can sit around and endlessly [...]
