SURPRISE!: Nnamdi Asomugha headed to Philly

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Oakland Raiders cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha to a five-year, $60 million deal with $25 million guaranteed. For a long time the Jets and the Cowboys were the only team in contention. The 49ers were also candidates early on.

The Eagles traded to get Cardianls cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie yesterday, so now Philly has three Pro Bowl cornerbacks. ..
