This week features another Thursday night game for the Pac 12, as well as a collision between north and south favorites. Arizona gets a much needed week off to regroup after the firing of Mike Stoops, and Colorado will make another attempt to end its misery on the road.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame houses more representatives from Southern California than any other school. A record eleven Trojans are enshrined in the palace of football past, and with the preliminary list of 2012 nominees announced today, there is potential for that number to swell.

The overall quality of opponents increases in the third week, as conference members with a full belly of sweets move closer to league play.
